2007 Season: Qualified to compete on the vault at the NCAA Regionals, where she scored a 9.800, a mark she met five times during the regular season. Competing as an all-arounder, she attained three new career-bests, including a 9.825 beam routine. She achieved a career-high 9.775 bar routine and 39.025 all-around score at the Midwest Independent Conference Championships placed her first overall. She was named to the AFNI Honor Roll
2006 Season: Leader on vault all year with a career best of 9.850 at Illinois-Chicago. Consistently highest vaulter on the team with seven first place finishes. Earned one first-place honor on beam. Her career best beam routine was at the State Meet with a 9.750. Koshman competed in every meet of the season and qualified for the Regional Meet on vault, where she earned fourth place with a score of 9.825. Member of All-State team for vault and beam and the All-State Academic Team, as well as AFNI Honor Roll.
Archbishop M.C. O'Neill High School: Won gold medal on vault at Canada Games with a score of 9.450 in 2003. Bronze medalist on floor at Canadian Nationals in 1999. Western Canadian Champion on vault and floor in 2000 and on vault in 2001.
