Annie Isler is in her first season with the Illinois State women's basketball team and serves as the Director of Basketball Operations.
Isler has nearly four years of combined experience in coaching high school and collegiate basketball as an assistant coach and video coordinator.
Most recently, Isler served as the Student Activities Assistant & Director of Transportation at DeLaSalle High School, where she assisted the athletic director with all duties related to the support of DeLaSalle High School athletics and activities. She was also an assistant coach for the varsity boy's basketball team, which won the Minnesota 3A State Championship.
For one season, Isler was an assistant coach on the women's basketball staff at North Dakota, and helped coach the team to a Great West Conference regular- season and tournament champions, as well as a WBI postseason birth. She assisted with preparing on-court practices and individual workouts. At North Dakota, she also scouted opponents and assisted the recruiting coordinator, while maintaining all information technology and hardware within the program. Isler was the community service and academic liaison, as well as maintained month compliance logs for the program.
Isler also worked as a video coordinator for Memphis for a season, and was responsible for organizing and executing all film exchange needs, while preparing scout, teaching and motivational highlight films. She was also an assistant coach with the Hopkins High School girls' basketball team and led them to a 2011 Minnesota 4A State Championship.
