NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State football team will wrap up the 2010 season Saturday against longtime in-state rival Eastern Illinois on Senior Day at Hancock Stadium. ISU head coach Brock Spack will preview the upcoming game against the Panthers on the Brock Spack Show live from Schooners Thursday night in Bloomington.

Co-hosts Dick Luedke and Ted Schmitz will interact with coach Spack during the hour-long show beginning at 6 p.m. Coach Spack will be joined on the broadcast by seniors Mike Piton and Mike Cross as the final player guests of the season.

Piton and Cross are among a group of 14 players that will play their final games in a Redbird uniform Saturday against EIU. Piton will play in his 36th career game and is scheduled to make his 25th career start Saturday. On the season, Piton has recorded 20 tackles and made six starts on the defensive line for the Redbirds.

Cross, a three-year letterwinner on the offensive line for the Redbirds, is a Normal Community graduate and will play for the final time in front of his hometown crowd against the Panthers.

Not only have Piton and Cross been members of the Redbird for five seasons, but they have also been roommates for their entire careers at ISU.
