2006-07: Indoor: had a season-best performance at the Redbird Invite in the 800-meters for a fifth-place finish (2:00.84) ... ran a 4:28.27 and placed seventh at Eastern Illinois in the mile run. Outdoor: clocked a 4:02.14 (13th) at the Jim Duncan Invitational in the 1,500-meters.

2005-06: Indoor: Took fourth place in the mile in a time of 4:32.95 during the first meet of the indoor season at Horton Field House ... was eighth in a season-best time of 4:29.48 in the mile at the Friday Night Special at Eastern Illinois. Outdoor: Best performance of the outdoor season came at the Lee Calhoun Memorial Invitational in the 1,500-meters for a fifth-place finish (4:10.51).

2004-05: Indoor: Best time in the 800- meter run during the indoor season came at the Badger Elite Invite, where he placed sixth with a time of 1:59.36.

At Mahomet-Seymour HS: As a senior, named all-conference, MVP and team captain in cross country ... also received all-conference honors in track and field in the 3,200 relay, 800 run and 1,600 run ... took home all-conference honors in the same events junior year ... cross country MVP and team captain sophomore and junior year ... as a freshman, was an all-conference performer in the 3,200 ... as a sophomore, was an all-conference performer in the 1,600.
