2006-07: Indoor: Won the mile run at the Redbird Invite (4:23.18) ... ran a season best 8:27.18 in the 3,000-meters at Iowa State. Outdoor: Finished third at the Vanderbilt Invite with a season-best time of 14:39.17 in the 5,000-meters ... fifth-place finish and season-best time of 9:15.90 in the steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2005-06: Indoor: Took second place in the 3,000-meters (8:57.24) at the Redbird Open ... turned in a season-best time of 8:34.44 in the 3,000-meters at the Iowa State Classic. Outdoor: Sixth-place finisher in the 1,500-meters (4:03.25) at the Big Blue Classic at Eastern Illinois.

At Buffalo Grove: Placed 35th at the IHSA state Cross Country meet his senior year, which was the highest finish in school history ... named cross country team's most valuable runner ... all-conference as well as all-area and all-sectional ... team captain in cross country and track ... on the track he broke the indoor and outdoor school records in the 3,200-meter run his senior year ... placed 17th at the IHSA state finals in the 3,200-meter run.
