2006-07: Indoor: Participated in seven races ... earned a season-best time in the 400-meters at the Hoosier Relays (1:00:21) ... recorded two season-bests at the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60-meters (7.74 sec.) and in the 200-meters (25.29 sec.). Outdoor: Made an NCAA appearance with the `Birds 4x100-meter relay team that placed 13th (46.05 sec.) ... won the 4x100 (45.23 sec.) with Devon Williams, Lyn Cox and Anna Lovell at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... placed seventh in both the 100- (11.95 sec.) and 200-meters (24.88 sec.) at the outdoor conference championships with season-best times in both events.

2005-06: Indoor: Placed second at the Friday Night Special at EIU in the 60-meters with a season-best time of 7.76 ... also placed third in the 60-meters at the Badger Invite in 7.86 ... turned in a fifth-place finish in the 200-meters at EIU with a time of 26.29. Outdoor: Replaced the injured Lian Lucas, and helped the 4x100-meter relay team qualify for the NCAA Mideast Outdoor Regional finals by running the third leg; the team finished seventh ... recorded a personal-best in the 100-meters (11.96) to earn sixth-place at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... recorded two third-place finishes in the 100- (12.05) and 200-meters (25.11) at the Big Blue Classic at Eastern Illinois.

2004-05: Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 200-meter dash at the Gatorade Classic with a time of 25.18 ... also placed second in the 400-meter dash at the Gatorade Classic with a time of 57.33 ... placed fourth in the 100-meter dash at the Central Collegiate Championships with a time of 12.04.

At St. Charles North HS: Qualified for state all four years ... placed ninth in the 100-meter dash at the state meet during her senior year ... sixth-place finisher in the 200-meter dash at the state meet her senior year, and finished ninth in the 4x200 relay at state ... placed sixth in the 100 dash at the state meet her junior year, and eighth in the 200... won her team's MVP award three times ... team captain all four years ... participated in the All-Senior Spotlight meet at Northern Iowa.
