Tessi Taylor enters her third year as the assistant compliance coordinator in the Illinois State Athletics Compliance Office. Taylor assists with the athletics department's compliance efforts, while she serves as the primary contact for recruiting. While working on her master's degree at Illinois State in 2003-04, she was a graduate assistant for the Kinesiology and Recreation Department and a manager with the Illinois State softball Team. Before returning to Illinois State in 2006, Taylor was the compliance coordinator/business manager at Hawai'i Pacific University, an NCAA Division II institution located in Honolulu, Hawai'i. Taylor graduated from Millikin University in May 2001, where she received her bachelor's degree in business management. She received her master's degree in kinesiology and recreation with a concentration in sport management from Illinois State in 2004. |
