This portion of the website has been designed to help educate representatives of Redbird athletics' interest (i.e., boosters) and alumni about NCAA rules. Illinois State University so appreciates your enthusiasm, support, and interest in our athletic programs. Because we are responsible for the actions of individuals and entities involved in the promotion of our athletics programs we recognize the importance of providing you with educational materials that allow you to have a better understanding of NCAA rules. Of course our materials on this page cannot possibly address every question you might have or every situation that may arise.
